At Minimalist Queens, we offer digital products (e-books) designed to provide instant access and value to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

All e-books sold by Minimalist Queens are digital products delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, the e-book will be made available for download immediately.

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final

• No returns

• No refunds

• No exchanges

Once an e-book has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned.”

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Accidental purchase

• Claim of non-use or partial use

• Dissatisfaction with content after download

• Failure to read product description before purchase

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your e-book (e.g. broken link, file error), please contact us at cardiganqueens@gmail.com.
We will be happy to assist in resolving access issues, but this does not qualify for a refund.

4. Accuracy of Information
